Coffee like Ethiopian jazz. Floral, fruity, dynamic and sweet at the same time, Moka bunna Bet represents, more than any other coffee, a unique and delicious terroir.
Moka Bunna Bet is grown organically in wooded gardens of less than 2 hectares at altitudes of between 2,000 and 2,300 metres. Each farmer, in polyculture, benefits from support to better express the essence of this unique terroir. The coffee cherries are pulped, fermented for 36 hours, washed, left to dry for 10 days and then sorted by hand. An allegory of Ethiopian jazz, Moka Bunna Bet is best enjoyed using the gentle method, giving a floral, fruity cup.
