Coffee machines
We will cover the general coffee process from production to consumption, and finally focus on espresso. You will learn the fundamentals and the mysteries of a perfect extraction.

NB: Minimum attendance = 4 people. We reserve the right to cancel the session if the minimum is not reached.
On the program: Practical training designed as a step-by-step process: presentations, demonstrations on different types of machines and mills, individual practice, theory, stories and anecdotes.
At the end of the session :
- you will never drink an espresso like before: tasting.
- You will be able to trace the history of espresso and its alternatives.
- You will know the basic laws of espresso.
- You will learn how to choose your equipment.
- You will know how to make a good espresso at home and at work!
You will never make your espresso like before!
