Manifesto of L'Arbre à Café

"When I founded L'Arbre à Café in 2009, I wanted to re-enchant coffee, that wonderful everyday companion. As a pioneer of specialty coffee in France, I wanted to share with you a unique taste, the fruit of my experience in wine and gastronomy, and the meeting of expertise and love for the people and terroirs that produce it.

That's why today, L'Arbre à Café is acclaimed by chefs, sommeliers and food artisans for its signature taste, its commitment to authenticity and the extra soul it brings from the magic of the land and the people it meets.

As an artisan roaster, we work closely and over the long term with some fifteen growers whose sole ambition is to bring the best of taste, humanity and agriculture to share the best of specialty coffee.

A producer since 2019, thanks to our biodynamic farm, Finca Mariposa, in Peru, we accompany coffee along its entire life path, from plant to cup, from roasting to transmission. Mastering the entire value chain is our promise to offer you, at every moment, healthy, pure, emotional coffees.

Convinced that excellent taste is a reflection of the quality and good health of the earth, L'Arbre à Café offers only coffees from certified organic and biodynamic regenerative agriculture, grown in agroforestry.

Natively committed to the earth and the people who work it, eager to reconcile the beautiful, the good and the good, and to share it with you, L'Arbre à Café is a Mission Company, certified B Corp."
