An ode to coffee and gourmandise. An ice cream with El Castillo from Colombia, an espresso bottom less from Chakra do Dago, a shower of cascara to crunch from Riccardo, a pure of spices, a lot of love, for a miracle of unctuousness!
A revisited heritage delicacy to drink and eat at the store of L'Arbre à Café. Désiré, the coffee to celebrate the beautiful days!
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 scoops of coffee ice cream,
- 4 cups of hot coffee,
- A few coriander seeds,
- Crush and roast some hazelnuts,
- Some petals of cascara to crunch.
Preparation:
- Arrange the scoops of Pierre Géronimi ice cream in 4 verrines,
- Add the roasted hazelnuts on top,
- Pour in the hot coffee,
- Add coriander seeds and cascara petals to crunch,
Enjoy immediately!
