Wim à Table : bar gastronomy

From his experiences with the greatest starred chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Joël Robuchon or Jean George Vongerichten to name but a few, chef Wim Van Gorp honors a bar gastronomy declined in the form of small portions to be snatched up solo, in duo, in trio... in a resolutely modern and sincere atmosphere

Like L'Arbre à Café, Wim Van Gorp defends good products by sourcing them directly from the producer and by putting a point of honor on quality. His wine list is not to be outdone, with original food and wine combinations.
