Terroir and production

Promoting quality and regenerative agriculture is our daily business. Brazil is one of our heartland origins. Only five plantations there are biodynamic. We've always worked with Henrique Sloper, and now Luca, Nelson and Luis join him in our catalog! We'd been looking to work with Luca and Nelson for years. They wanted to achieve impeccable quality in order to create a partnership with us. Patience has paid off, as they deliver a coffee that is as round as it is sweet and fruity. A real delight. What a pleasure to work with visionaries who combine commitment and quality.
