Morpho comes from our plots of Parainema, the flagship Honduran variety sourced from Don Fabio, the father of exceptional coffee in this country. Parainema has found its terroir in Mariposa and reveals itself to be generous, aromatic and suave. Precise fermentation ensures a happy, fruity cup.
