We will take you on a journey through the history of specialty coffee, and then focus on the stages of transformation from plant to cup.

On the program: A fast-paced, fun-filled training course with tastings, roasting, workshop visits and hands-on experience.

At the end of this journey:
- you will have rediscovered a beverage that you thought you already knew: discovery, initiation
- you will know how to recognize a good coffee
- you will master the coffee chain: from the plant to the cup
- you will have discovered the diversity of varieties, terroirs, fermentations, extractions
- you will be able to make a good coffee at home.
