Can't make it to the training?
If you are unable to attend, please contact us at school@larbreacafe.com at least 48 hours before the training day. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept refunds or postponement of the course if this deadline is not met.

NB: Minimum attendance = 4 people. We reserve the right to cancel the session if the minimum is not reached.

Understand the principles that govern extraction, i.e. the transformation of water into coffee. You will discover the necessary equipment, the methodologies, and you will be able to train on different methods. By exchanging, tasting, and making, you will understand why the same coffee does not taste the same, and which parameters to take into account.

At the end of the session:

- you will know the different gestures and techniques to realize the soft methods
- you will learn how to choose your material.
- you will understand how to taste and which parameters to modify in order to obtain a result that suits you.
- you will be armed with the theoretical and practical bases to continue to progress with confidence, at home.
