Neapolitan 70% pepper and fleur de sel - Claudio Corallo 160g

Discover the chocolates of Claudio Corallo, cocoa farmer and chocolate maker. A world reference, Claudio Corallo is one of the few cocoa producers to roast his own beans into chocolate. His plantations in Sao Tome and Principe are havens of naturalness and agroecology. Raw chocolates and pure sensations. 

The crystals of fleur de sel are small explosions of marine freshness that exalt the flavors of cocoa and pepper. Pepper is also grown in the Terreiro Velho plantation; just over 1% is enough to give this chocolate its characteristic flavor that goes so well with wine or red meat.
