Discover the chocolates of Claudio Corallo, cocoa farmer and chocolate maker. A world reference, Claudio Corallo is one of the few cocoa producers to roast his own beans into chocolate. His plantations in Sao Tome and Principe are havens of naturalness and agroecology. Raw chocolates and pure sensations.

A good way to taste the purest chocolate. The first bite immediately produces a special sensation thanks to the sugar crystals, followed by the rich and powerful flavor of cocoa. The sugar starts to dissolve right away, releasing all its sweetness into the chocolate.
