Cristal is the fruit of an intuition to take coffee fermentation and its links with the world of wine even further. At Mariposa, we were the first to use egg-shaped barrels for our fermentations. Cristal is the first batch, a kind of witness, of a new fermentation in wine globes, these unique glass bottles designed for fermentation and used by the greatest sommeliers.
