The workshop will begin with a presentation of the Chakra do Dago finca in Peru, a biodynamic farm with which we have been collaborating for several years. Cesar, the finca's producer son, will be on hand via Skype to chat with participants. Afterwards, an introduction to roasting will be offered in groups of 3, followed by a cupping session.
