L'Ecole Française du Café: the only French establishment certified by the SCA

L'Arbre à Café brings together passionate people who work towards a common goal, that of anchoring coffee in a social intelligence and in sustainable agriculture.

All of this while guaranteeing the highest quality in terms of excellence and serving the entire coffee chain, from bean to cup.

The result of years of work and perseverance, L'Arbre à Café is committed to founding and promoting a New French Art of Coffee in order to guide, transmit and allow everyone to experience excellence.
To achieve this, L'Arbre à Café surrounds itself daily with the greatest professionals from France and around the world who are active in the world of coffee: food artisans, chefs, pastry chefs, wine makers, noses...

Hippolyte Courty first expressed himself through his writing skills by creating a first reference book on the world of coffee, allowing novices as well as enlightened amateurs to deepen their passion, with a preface by Pierre Hermé.

Then, the creation of tailor-made training courses was born: The French Coffee School was born. Whether you want to discover the world of coffee, perfect a particular method of preparation or strengthen your expertise, we have created training courses to suit every profile. The themes vary throughout the year and the training sessions are punctuated by exceptional interventions such as Alexandru Niculae's masterclass on July 21st.

In order to offer an optimal framework for all its candidates, L'Arbre à Café is now part of the network of training institutes recognized by the SCA (Specialty coffee association), a prestigious accreditation that tends to recommend excellence in training. Unique in France, L'Arbre à Café is the only French training center to be certified by the Coffee Quality Institute and the SCA.
