Enthusiasts and professionals from all over the world flock to this place in search of not standard and conventional wines, but of fermented grape juice, i.e. natural wine. 19 years ago, these natural wines made the most serious people smile, today, their success is worldwide.
Invented, imagined and organized by the fantastic native Sylvie Augereau, oenological plumitif all terrain (RVF, Soif d'aujourd'hui, France Inter...) and today also wine grower, loving as much the games of bowling, as those of words and soils, the Dive Bouteille is The inescapable show of the Natural wine.
Once off the beaten track (Deauville), the Dive Bouteille brings together nearly 300 winemakers from around the world on the banks of the Loire River in Saumur. For two days, in the Aeckerman cellars, which are several kilometers long, visitors and winemakers taste, discuss and trade the new vintages and new trends.
The selection is tight and precise, open but focused.

The winegrowers find their land brothers and meet their public,
more and more numerous, more and more emotional, because these wines create a link. Tight.
Beyond the taste of the wine, the selection of the Dive is based on the good man. Sometimes even beautiful.
The family grows every year, with motivated young people or discreet forgotten ones. We even find uncles in America, cousins in Africa, ancestors in Georgia, brothers in Italy..."
La Dive thus welcomes the entire family of Natural wines, open to its different expressions, trends and chapels, it makes room for all the stories of man and earth, for all sensibilities, as long as there is one, close to the Natural.
La Dive is a springboard for the latest arrivals and an excitement for those who are waiting for the discoveries of a year, it is a reunion, tastings and endless debates.
The most famous winemakers and domains such as Thierry Germain, Benoit Lahaye, Domaine Gauby, Antoine Foucault (Domaine du Collier), Danjou-Banessy etc... mingle with newcomers or more discreet ones for the happiness of all.
Sylvie was the first to welcome L'Arbre à Café, from its birth, at a wine salon. 19 years that the Dive inspires, and 9 years that L'Arbre à Café accompanies it. I would like to thank her again for this.
