Chef Mehdi Kebboul and his sommelier partner Yusuf Beziroglu, both alumni of the Hotel Bristol, are opening Savarin La Table in Paris, a promising new gastronomic restaurant.
Mehdi Kebboul has worked at the Bristol, the Chalet Philibert and has crossed continents to cook in Thailand and Australia. Before opening his restaurant, he was a chef at the bistrot Méricourt. Today, he poses with frankness and generosity, just like his cuisine.
On the menu: Pigeon Chausson, Red cabbage and sesame or Savarin revisited with lemongrass... so many influences that make sense and that are marked by the meetings of the two men.
4 starters, 4 main courses, a cheese and 3 desserts will be presented on the menu in addition to a lunch and dinner menu. The meal will be closed with a Kent d'Unna Naturel.
Obtaining a Michelin star is the most beautiful recognition we can wish them!
We give you a rendez-vous at 34 rue de Bourgogne in Paris... see you soon!
