Coffee liqueurs: the meeting between L'Arbre à Café and Cazottes

The meeting between L'Arbre à Café and the Cazottes Distillery is a natural one , as the two friends' approach is so similar, even though they live in different climates and lands.
So since 2012, L'Arbre à Café brings back from each of his trips, cherries and coffee flowers. All from biodynamic plantations, they macerate for many years in Cazottes wines before being sublimated by the distiller. A solar and planetary collaboration, a miracle of time and tact, for a unique result.

The Flowers

The flower is only little used by producers around the world, and very often unknown to amateurs. To our knowledge and after much research, no alcohol based on fresh flower infusion existed.

It is because the bloom lasts only three days, and is thus extremely ephemeral. However, the intensity of the fresh flowers is unequalled.

They are thus plunged, just picked, in a mixture of wine and neutral alcohol.

The Cherries

Without fruit, there would be no beans to make coffee. However, coffee cherries are rarely tasted rarely tasted, except by farmers and visitors to probe their ripeness and aromatic their aromatic complexity.

Not very fleshy and very sweet, they ferment quickly. That's why they are not available on the market. However, they are delicious, red or yellow, with a charming balance.

L'Arbre à Café picks them when they are perfectly ripe and immerse them in a mixture of wine and neutral alcohol.

You can find these delicious beverages in our store, exclusively.
