New : Coffee chocolate color chart in partnership with Chocologue Paris

At L'Arbre à Café, we love collaborations! You know it, since every year, we deliver you some collaborative wonders.

Why? Because it is collaboration that will save the world, and change the face of the planet. At L'Arbre à Café we believe in interdependence, connections and affinities. We believe in them and we live them, every day. So our main goal is to share them with you!

At L'Arbre à Café, we also love chocolate!

Chocolate comes from cocoa, and cocoa comes from the same countries and latitudes as coffee. So, often, going up in plantation, we pass, at lower altitude, to greet our friends cacao trees and cacaoologists.

And then, chocolate makers such as Pierre Hermé, Jacques Génin, Patrick Roger, Valrhona, Fink, Cluizel, Marcolini opened a path that we have been following for more than 12 years now: that of a product made from a tropical bean admirably processed by hand, with a premium positioning, because it is well worth it, and with an all-consuming evocative power!

At L'Arbre à Café, we also love advent calendars and gift boxes. There are certainly coffee advent calendars, but they are neither chic nor practical and not very sharing. But what a great gift, what a great discovery, every day a new journey.

At L'Arbre à Café, we still love innovators, pioneers and pioneers, especially when they have taste and a smile, the smile of delicious sharing. So, when we met Victoire Finaz, La chocologue, we fell in love with her case, her array of chocolates, her box of stories and emotions.

So together we have created a real walk, a great journey to take you up the whole coffee chain, from the mountains to the coffee shop, through the beneficio and roasting.

We have combined our talents to design 12 squares combining the world of coffee and chocolate.

I discover

The result?

A magical and surprising gustatory path: chocolates worked in ganaches and pralines and presented in a color chart composed of
three boxes.

An ode to the diversity of coffee and all its stages from the plantation to the cup:

  • You will taste the best of the coffee tree: flowers, leaves, fruits
  • You will feel the nuances of roasting: half-cooked, roasted, burned
  • You will discover the taste of botany: Arabica, Liberica, Robusta
  • You will enjoy squares of your favorite drinks: Liège coffee, macchiato, affogato

Chocolates like a hopscotch, this game inherited from the Middle Ages, which in 7 or 12 steps, shows you the way from the earth to the sky!
