Nettles, when the plant sits down

Orties, a young gastronomic start-up, proposes a vegetal cuisine with beneficial virtues marked by an irreproachable traceability and a will to work only with seasonal and organic products.

Thomas Benady, ex-Machine à Coudes in Boulogne, finally comes out of the woodwork and poses with the sincerity and frankness that we know and appreciate above all. His cuisine is all about plant-based alliances and pure products, which we sometimes associate with his colleagues at Table and Sauvage.

The dishes change according to the chef's inspiration and are enhanced by natural food and wine pairings, carefully selected by Thomas, the sommelier of the establishment.

It has just opened and is worth the detour, you can enjoy, among other things, a superb Helsar Yellow Honey from Ricardo, freshly arrived at L'Arbre à Café.
