Pierre Hermé asked Hippolyte Courty, the founder of L'Arbre à Café, in 2013, to taste this pie. In all simplicity. Hippolyte tasted it: although he appreciated the recipe, he did not find the coffee taste that made him travel the world and the plantations. So he suggests to Pierre Hermé that L'arbre à Café, through its expertise, guide him in his world of coffee.
A formidable Fetish Infiniment Café of 24 creations was born from this gourmet dialogue between these taste enthusiasts. The coffee reveals itself in its nuances, in its vintages but also in the precision and the care of the detail: roasting, grinding, infusion time.... Pierre Hermé's creations are a perfect example of the many aspects of coffee that he learns about and sublimates in his creations.

With the help of Hippolyte Courty, the pastry chef has created original recipes around coffee. From 3 varieties (including a decaffeinated one), Pierre Hermé has imagined no less than 16 different ways to enjoy a good coffee... Here again, the quest for taste is combined with a passion for the craft.
