Monarca, named after a butterfly that flourishes on our plantation, comes from our plots of Java, a variety typical of Honduras that Don Fabio and Marisabel Caballero, serial winners of the Cup of Excellence, entrusted to us. Monarca took off and was selected to represent Peru at the World Championships in Korea. A pure delight.
